Add transaction costs
Hi, love the rent vs buy calculator! One thing I miss is the ability to add transaction costs such as SDLT, Conveyancing, Furnishing, etc...Because these costs can be so high, they can drastically change the outcome and it would be incredibly useful to be able to take them into account, like https://smartmoneytools.co.uk/tools/rent-vs-buy/ can.Thank you!
