Add Flatmate / Boarder Income
It would be really cool to add an optional flatmate or boarder income field. Feel like it is increasingly common to reduce housing costs by renting out a room or unit or having a non-married partner contribute. I haven't really seen this in other calculators so could also be good differential.
It may also be worth it from an SEO perspective mentioning scenarios like "owner-occupied rental" somewhere on the website. When I searched for an owner-occupied rental vs buy vs rent calculator, I couldn't find anything that covered this situation.
