Add a Buy vs Rent Cost Breakdown

This bit in the 'how it works section' is really interesting just to visualise an indication of what costs and thus cashflow would be, could be really interesting to move onto main page and have it below the main chart. Could even include all the steps from '6. Worked example with the NZ defaults' as very informative for diving deeper. E.g. this was the step 2 in this that would be really cool to see: Step 2: Year 1 costs Buying Mortgage payments (12 × $4,222.03) $50,664 Council Rates (0.5%) $3,750 Maintenance (1%) $7,500 Insurance $1,200 Total $63,114 Renting Rent (12 × $2,448.33) $29,380 Total $29,380 In year 1 renting is $33,734 cheaper, so the renter invests that difference. With half a year's growth at 7% it adds $34,915 to their portfolio.
